We are an outpatient internal medicine and nephrology specialty practice. Our focus is solely on evaluating and managing adult patients with kidney disease and/or high blood pressure. We are committed to providing comprehensive care. Our goal is to offer a patient-centered experience focusing on prevention and lifestyle with medications.

Our clinic is physician-led, with Dr. Jafar Alsaid serving as the provider and corporate CEO. We focus on patient directed management with prevnetion and lifestye as a major aspect of the treatement plan. Our newly established practice allows us to provide rapid workflows based on current clinical guidelines and technology.

Our priority is to create a modern care model that is able to reach everyone. 

We are an independent, community-based family run practice located in Davis, California. 

We offer a broad range of nephrology services, including the management of chronic, acute kidney disease, hypertension, and fluid & electrolytes derangements.

We also coordinate dialysis and transplant care when necessary.
