We are a single-specialty internal medicine–nephrology practice. This means our focus is solely on evaluating and managing adult patients with kidney disease and high blood pressure. We are committed to providing comprehensive care. Our goal is to offer a patient-centered experience. 

Our clinic is physician-led, with Dr. Jafar Alsaid serving as the authorized official and CEO. Being a newly established practice allows us to build workflows based on current clinical guidelines and technology. Our priority is to create a modern care model. 

We are an independent, community-based practice located in Davis, CA. We offer a broad range of nephrology services, including the management of kidney disease, hypertension, and fluid/mineral balance. We also coordinate dialysis and transplant care when necessary.
